Comparison between permanent magnet motor and ordinary asynchronous motor

Compared with electrically excited motors, permanent magnet motors have the following advantages:


High efficiency

Eliminate excitation system loss, improve efficiency 5-12%, high power factor, large torque inertia ratio, stator current and stator resistance loss reduction, and rotor parameters can be measured, good control performance, motor direct drive, no speed slip, no bearing and connection transmission, efficiency increased by more than 3%, light load than the same specification asynchronous motor efficiency increased by 15-35% or so. Application of frequency conversion technology

● A 37kW air compressor, if the load rate is 60%, means that 40% of the time is running in no-load, and the energy consumption of 21.3kW (full load 42.55/2) is wasted, if the air compressor is used for 6000 hours in a year, then 2400 hours is wasted with 21.3kW energy consumption.
